A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to orders to be delivered locally. (Local delivery $15 up to 10 miles. Extra delivery will vary depending on distance.)

Our prompt and friendly delivery service is available in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Dana Point, Santa Ana, Tustin, City of Orange, Fullerton, Fountain Valley, Anaheim, Huntington Beach and all other Orange County areas, including all Orange County mortuaries, hospitals, resorts & hotels.

U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Residential Deliveries: If the Recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve.

Business Deliveries: Please check the business operating hours. If the business is closed or not accepting deliveries at the time of our first attempt, Re-delivery of your arrangement may result in additional delivery fee.

Hospital Deliveries: Please make sure the recipient is still in Hospital, or is not in ICU before scheduling the delivery.

We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs.  We acquire recipients signature upon delivery, but that is not a requirement if no one is available to accept the delivery and the arrangement will be left in a safe place.

Delivery Time: We are usually able to guarantee any delivery time request when an arrival time is provided.  Due to unexpected circumstances, such as weather and traffic, we are unable to guarantee that your delivery will arrive at the exact time requested.
